Discover how Cecurity Argus can help you to manage your documents and help you in your digitization
When you archive a document in an electronic archiving system, it is absolutely necessary to add metadata to it. They will allow you to retrieve and organize your documents.
With Assisted PDF Indexing, you can accept documents received by e-mail, FTP, scan results or documents from office automation. It's up to you.
No computer skills are required for the use of Assisted PDF Index. Simply follow the indexing wizard to enrich a document with its metadata.
Assisted PDF Index is the perfect tool for managing small volumes. It allows you to relieve your technical teams from the workload of indexing when indexing automation is not possible or not profitable. The document can be processed directly by the teams.
The enriched document can be transmitted in many ways:
If the document content is selectable, after an OCR step during scanning, or in the case of an office PDF, the "copy to input" function is available. Simply select the text in the preview window and click on "copy to input X". The contents of the selection are then copied into the corresponding field.
You can create a custom indexing template in order to define which fields users can input, which fields are mandatory and which validation they have to respect (one number, two letters then three numbers, etc...) or use lookup tables. The template is sealed by the operator, which prevents any user modification.
